It's been a few days since you asked for more about a permanent dependent military ID card. Here is some info on it.
Eligibility - ID Cards | TRICARE The ID issuing location will know all about it. Might want to stop by our local Retiree Activity Affairs office to see if maybe they have info on the documentation that might be needed, like maybe a birth certificate. Shouldn't need it since the dependent would already be registered in the DEERS and birth date is part of the info the system has, but you never know. Here is the info for our local RAO.
