I was back in there editing and adding to that rant when your post appeared.

I have to tell you something funny about yourself.

You know when you wrote that thing in the "US Home Values Bottomed Out?" thread. The thing you wrote about jealously guarding your mattress. And you laid out all the costs associated with a second home not a rental. And you even brought up the umbrella policy.

Well, when I read it, I laughed out loud, here in the kitchen. Mr. Boomer looked over my shoulder to see why I was laughing. And before I even told him, he said, "That looks like you wrote it." And it did, Peach. It did. Right down to the umbrella policy. I rant to people about getting umbrella policies. Some people have never heard of them. Can you imagine?

So Peachie, are you my long lost twin?
