Actually, your taste changes as you age.

As you read the posts here, it seems like life is tough in the villages. The INMATES just like to complain.

Try a little salt on it and for me a bit of Oregano.

RE: CHINESE FOOD
Most of what we expect and get at a Chinese restaurant is American created chinese food Chow mein for example was created in CALIFORNIA. Fortune cookies in Brooklyn-if I recall.
