We are not permanent residents, we are seasonal, and we've had no problem obtaining medical care in The Villages.
Perhaps you are asking about medical care that accepts your plan?
We don't qualify for a medical plan because we're Canadian.
However we do have travel insurance which is accepted by the walk-in clinic on 466 (east of Morse).
We've also used the Villages Hospital for a wasp sting (allergies); but wouldn't recommend it for anything major.
