He is a bit of a nut job with his masochist needs and blames the death of a stranger years ago for his condition. He often claims movies are talking to him with numbers 224 and 613.

All in all; he is just somebody here that wants to annoy others with threads about birthday wishes, libraries, and criminal harassment. Oh, don't fall prey to his ridiculous bull$hit about his project that helps victims. All imaginary, just serves his needs.
