According to the Daily-Sun (01-01-2018), section C-4,... The Buena Vista Boulevard as indicated on the OP map, "The Buena Vista expansion will cross State Road 44 at Brownwood, then follow the turnpike in a southeasterly direction, cross CR 468 (that will most certainly be renamed "Morse Boulevard") and then link with CR 470 at the proposed Villages of West Lake..." Hmmm... SPECULATION WARNING... The Buena Vista expansion that extends from BROWNWOOD to the deepest southern reaches of the known Villages leads to what? The future Villages of West Lake?

The Buena Vista extension at Brownwood isn't merely to connect TV proper with Fenney (and the rest of whatever else TV will be South of 44)... Is it possible that this exciting revelation is a portent of something VERY VERY BIG?

Now, just because symmetry is such a beautiful thing (especially on tables of TV's boardrooms): TV has two town squares connected by Morse, given this new information, one possibility appears, and, if true, TV will have TWO SQUARES connected by Buena Vista; Brownwood AND a NEW SQUARE at the Leesburg site (The Villages of West Lake)! Ah, HA! Will West Lake be the site of the rumored "New Orleans" themed square? Anyone willing to take this bet?

Are we having fun yet? Heck YES! The Villages, the MOST exciting business-operation (and home) on Earth!
We already have two town squares connected by Buena Vista. LSL and Brownwood.
