There is NO black equivalent of "the villages"...anywhere...there are plenty of 99% white wonderful places...gated communities...there are NO 99% black wonderful places...not one.
Why?
There are many fine "white" schools...there are none that are black.
Why?
There are many successful "white" countries...there are none that are black.
Why?
MLK Blvd is ALWAYS part of the worst part of town.
Why?
Blacks are always at the very bottom of every society in every country they are found.
