The figures listed there do not reflect the correct numbers most people use for TV. I have not seen the sales figures for 2017.

sales figures for other years are
502
430
562
567
686
700
753

1,321
1,544
1,776
2,074
2,260
3,329
3,955
4,263
3,935
2,403
2,236
2,115
2,208
2,307
2,850
3,419
2,601
** 1,319 through July 31

I believe 2016 was around 2,300 new homes - Will try to find the correct 2015 and 16 figures.
Lyle Gant site says 2294 new home sales in 2015, no data past that. My estimation of 1000 new home sales in 2017 is based on anecdotal info from a TV sales rep who told me mid 2017 sales were running about 60 per month, plus some threads here on TOTV. It could be more or less than 1000 don't know. I do feel that their new home sales have tanked compared to recent years due to the fact that for the first time, they built a Village (Fenny) that was not cart accessible to the rest of the Villages.

As far as total population, there seems to be no current info other than my wiki link and reported, but not linked info on Daily Sun. Never mind, my point about new town centers stands, if my info on new home sales for 2017 is accurate. If you say there will be 40,000 new residents, that's about 20,000 new home sales. You can do the math. Could take 20 years to sell out.
