speedtest.net has usually appeared to be pretty accurate. Run it a couple of times and if you are consistently getting a higher number than expected you can count yourself lucky. Just so you know, your results may be dependent on whether you are using Wi-Fi to your system or a cat5 (ethernet) cable. Typically, ISPs will ask for cat5 cable connected results if you are seeing underperformance (which doesn't appear to be the case for you). In the past, Comcast performance may have been impacted by other users on the same "loop". Not sure if that applies around here. I use CenturyLink and measured performance is almost always spot on.
