Not sure, Tal, but if you posted it first outside of Photobucket, like to Facebook or elsewhere, I think you may have lost your right to that confidentiality.
Might want to check that out because it might be NOTHING. Sorry, had to get a NOTHING in there somehow since I already had one violation this morning.
