Insist your pool builder do it, they will need to take it down so they should put it back up, it should be a turnkey project for them not you having to chase contractors to do all the tasks.
If you're putting in a pool the company putting it in should be taking care of everything otherwise you will be spending a lot of time chasing down issues to complete the job. Our first pool in Florida (not in TV) we had different contractors for the pool, solar, sod, fence... Turned into a lot of extra cost and headaches.
When we built our pool in 2017 (also in a CYV), a turnkey project and price was paramount to me. Had to read the fine print on all the proposals to figure out what was not included. Finally went with T&D who was initially my last choice because I thought they would be the most expensive. Everything was done by them or they had it subcontracted out (e.g. the sod work, propane tank) but always just one person to call, no chasing contractors or prices. The final price by T&D, once I had an apples-to-apples design between the three contractors, was $1600 less than the other two and both of them I would have to deal with other contractors to finish the job.
You'll have to wait with T&D to get a price and them to start work as they are busy, in my opinion it was worth the wait.
