I believe you should have been in LSL area this spring when the bison were bearing calves and watched some of the actions of some of the people. My husband and I went by the corral to have a look at the new calves and after a short bit, I suggested we leave because certain people were doing the dumbest things and the potential of something happening between the buffalo and those people appeared imminent. Bison are not "stuffed" animals, they are animals and if they feel threatened or their calves are in danger, they will act accordingly. If you need a bison fix, there are a plethora of zoos in the country. That will satisfy the needed fix and zoos have the appropriate settings so unwitting people will be safe.
