If they had just said that it was time to develop this parcel of land and that the buffalo were being moved it might have been more honest and forthright. Perhaps it would have caused as much angst but it would have been more honest.
We all know that the Developer has the right to develop any of his land that he wishes to develop depending on his business plan. However, he could been more honest in his communications.
That's why.

Sorry Peachie, I can't let it go. It's not the buffalo now either. It's the "oh the developer is lying to us" that I'm fired up about.......
My point is the buffalo were removed from all the public locations, not just near LSL. The buffalo were replaced with cows so the tax-dodge masquerade could continue.
The other areas where the buffalo were are not under development at this time, and are still home to cows.
There was a reasonably long period (a couple of months?) between the removal of the buffalo and the ground breaking at LSL.
I am sure the removal of all buffalo/ replacement with cows and the beginning of developing the LSL fields are 2 completely unrelated events. It's simply that one of the parcels (now with cows) is scheduled to be developed.
I may be a little thick, but I think it incredibly naive to suspect some treachery, or feel there was some dishonesty. Or feel the builder owed anyone an explanation. It's a ridiculous thought in my opinion.
I'll give up now, as I'm sure the folks who think otherwise are just as passionate as I am and truly this is a stupendous waste of my time, as is the "I hate gas golf carts harangue" and half the other :edit: out here. Bye.
