We use Crystal Clean once a month, they usually come with 3 people and do a very good job, both myself and wife are very pleased. Today they used a special floor cleaner, as I had just finished cleaning and color sealing all of the floor grout and did not want to take the chance of another cleaner damaging the new finish.
