Op if you have concerns about moving try renting long term in TV before selling up north.
We like many have two houses, like the changes of weather and really love leaving Summers in TV, for sitting at the lake where you can actually swim in. We plan on keeping our up north house so we can fly in anytime visit without intruding on others and enjoy the summers, and the holidays.
