Yes innocence. There was a time in my life when I felt it leaving me. A metamorphosis in the mind that felt very real, not dreamlike at all. I was able to turn it off and back on again at will until one day I wasn’t able to go back to that innocence. I said goodbye to the child, not knowing what was ahead yet an instinctive drive to go forth. The true magic of childhood is seeing things for what we desire those things to be. Ignorance is truly blissful and NOTHING is more fragile than the mind of a child.
