IMHO, if I am correct, this is just black PVC piping, so, any plumber or possibly handyman should be able to fix a leak. Having stated this, the procedure for bleeding the system, refilling it, etc., may be much more complicated. You might try looking in the Daily Sun for installation contractors as they would probably also offer repair capabilities. Otherwise, my first company to call would be T&D Pool and Spa.
