And you responded to my post that talked about the use of rec center facilities and rooms. They aren't supposed to be used for business if they are used for free. People can use them if they are available for functions including out of village people, if they pay for their use.

Yes, but they kept the option to keep it in the paper? Who owns the paper? who's making the decisions? Well placed career developer regime. The rec guide should be in the Rec centers published once month and should be contract to the lowest bidder. This in the only way to stop the Monopoly money.
