I don't want to pop your "experience bubble" but my parents and uncle bought here in the mid 90s. I Also own several properties here which I started buying in 2005. My wife had an account here at TOTV previously which I used on occasion. So don't use post count or sign up date to determine experience. Less than 1% of Villagers actually post here.
So the Suliemans (or whomever) told you they were buying Legacy at Lopez and that it would be the end of fine dining in TV?
