I had the large window to the courtyard in my Spanish Springs Villa leaking last night. I suspect it hadn't happened before because the rain and wind were from an unusual direction.
I left a message with the property manager last night, she returned the call at 8:20 this morning and was at my place a little after 9.
Ron also had a problem and they were actually doing interior repairs and roofing this morning.
You have got to love this place
