Had the same issue and was advised by our Pool maintenance company (T&D) to contact Ace leak detection. 352 243-5800. They came and inspected all areas including drain, skimmer, light assemble and all jets. Replaced a few of the old jets and even donned scuba gear to go into the pool to tighten the drain and light housing. Total cost was around
$ 600. Look them up on Goggle, they have a website and offices statewide.
