where he plegerized (?) a remark. I know no one wants to hear this, but it was a mistake.

Joe writes his own speeches, he had the right remark (the persons' name to whom credit was due) in his notes, and just forgot and left it out. It wasn't until the press made a big deal of it, that he realized what he did.

But the damage was done.

I angers me when this is brought up. It was 20 years ago. He has paid for his mistake.

If this is the ONLY thing they can find wrong with him, then he's not such a bad guy
