There seems to be lots of blue dots...spec homes available for sale.
The villas are not selling slowly, the seem to sell out in a few weeks every time they release them. Last Thursday they released the Sweet Gum Villas and sold 12 within 24 hours, now a week later it is double that and most of these villa neighborhoods only have around 60 units. Sweetgum is still under construction and all of the other villas that have been completed are pretty much sold out except for those that are lacking something or on a bad lot. The first group of cottage homes sold out quickly also and the designers are selling pretty well with the exception of the streets running parallel to 468, those have walls and are going to be a little noisy, very well priced though but will be a tough sell to most buyers. The other sections seem to be selling very well, even the new southern section south of Fenny Way is selling now and most of the desirable view lots have been spoken for. It seems to be going very well down here and they just keep putting them up.
