OP, the photos I have were not detailed enough to determine if the floor under the cabinets was finished the same as the rest of the flooring and if the holes were nicely finished. My suggestion, Call home warranty, get the name of the tile, the grout, and the installer. Call the installer, and see if the tile is still available, if so, order enough tile to repair or replace the tile under the cabinet (just in case). I know a tile installer with almost 2 decades of experience that can do a small job like this. I like the idea of looking with the drawers out, did not think of that one.
