Our home came with a pool and cool deck that was originally done by T&D. A couple of years later we expanded the lanai and pool cage. T&D did the work. As a part of the process, they filled the stress cracks and repainted the surface. The project was great and they did a nice job. BUT.

We still didn't like that the pool deck always got dirty quickly and was hard to clean. We got a quote from T&D to repaint the following year. Then, we decided to look into repainting the exterior of the house and asked Steve Kling Painting to quote doing the pool deck as well.

We couldn't be more pleased. Kling put sealant into the concrete joints and painted two coats with Sherwin Williams deck paint. The deck stays much cleaner because the dirt isn't coming up through the joints every time it rains. The paint they used was superior and leaves an eggshell finish, which is prettier and easy to clean. Best yet, their price to do the deck was much better than T&D's. (Plus T&D never filled the concrete joints and their quote was for one coat of deck paint.) They also fix the stress cracks. (Although this will be an ongoing process we believe.)

We highly recommend Steve Kling Painting and the Sherwin William paint. The exterior of our house has that extra shine to it too!
