I remember Super Bowl V when my Baltimore Colts played the Cowboys. I had watched them play Buffalo in November and now I was in Korea up in the DMZ. A sergeant said, if you want to get woken up for the game, put your name on this list. The game came on at 4am Monday morning. So here's about 15 guys sitting on anything they could find drinking coffee watching a game in the dark from Miami, Florida. It was bright and sunny there and we had snow on the ground. The Colts prevailed on that day.

In 1983 the Colts left Baltimore for Indy and from that day forward to 1996 I had no favorite team. I became a fan of the underdog. Then in 1996 the Baltimore Ravens started play and I was now living there, and opening day I was at the game in Memorial Stadium as they beat the Oakland Raiders with Vinny Testeverde as QB.

Now that the Ravens have won two Super Bowls in their 20 years, I have to be for the underdog, especially one that has never won a Super Bowl against a team that has five. When their standout QB Carson Wentz went down in week 14 many counted the Eagles out. However, they've played like a real champion beating a tough Atlanta Falcons team that was in the Super Bowl last year and very tough defensive team in the Minnesota Vikings. The Eagles have one of my favorite ex-Ravens in receiver Torrey Smith out of Maryland, who I remember playing a prime time game with the Ravens just a couple of days after his brother was killed. The Eagles with backup QB Nick Foles, who plans on become a minister after he retires from the NFL, there is no way I could be for anyone other than the Philadelphia Eagles.

Watch Eagles Receiver Torry Smith today have a big game.
