Our bond is paid, the yearly maintenance on the bond is $595.00. We pay that amount in November when we pay our property tax at the county office on 466A and Powell Rd. The maintenance on the bond never goes away, even with the bond paid off. I suggest writing down all if your questions and contacting the district office.
