The Secret Weapon. I read that this gizmo is more than Nothing. It is a CPAP machine with some other attachments that I'm not familiar with but will be shortly. Sleep Study revealed many things Grasshopper. The major one is after a year and a half I still think about my old job from time to time. It was also revealed that I drink too much coffee. I'm willing to do many things but back off the coffee Jack. That's my thing.
Can you believe I only get 8 minutes per hour of really deep sleep? The Dr was called away on legit emergency during my last office visit so I'm going back tomorrow to get the full details on my condition. Felt sorry for the Doc, emergency at home, hope everything worked out for him. He's a good guy. Bedtime at 10 PM tonight. I hope Nothing goes wrong and I sleep 6 to 8 hours.
