For $100, my pressure wash guy does the gutters, the whole house, scrubs the driveway and curbing and walkways using Simple Green with the pressure washer. It does a fantastic job and any runoff doesn't harm the shrubs on the grass. It's a once a year project. The $100 also includes a $10 tip.
