I believe it's free for landlines and a $5 or $10 charge for cell phones.

Go to the nomorobo.com site. The site will tell if your carrier is available for landlines and the nomoriobo service.
I have had nomorobo for about a year on my landline - Comcast is my landline provider. It is free for landlines. I have been very happy with it. The phone will ring once, and when the second ring doesn't happen, i know it must be a robo call.
