Let me explain gaps - I continually get gecko's coming in that door. In the morning when I wake up and open the blinds, there is yet another gecko either inside the screen or inside my house on the door. The door is shut all night!
I love to watch the little critters but this is starting to become unnerving to me and therefore needs to be fixed.
Replacing the door is a last resort, but I think I am reaching the end of my rope.
Thank you the additional info. The lizards can get through incredibly small spaces. Check around the sliders to see if the felt or brush strips are still intact. Check all sides of the slider, including where they overlap in the center. If you wait for evening and have a helper, you can also use a flashlight to see if there are breaks in the bug stops.
These should be replaceable, but I have not actually looked for these. Hope this helps.
