That’s comparable to our up north home for electric, but we have gas for heat, so our budget is twice that for heat and air up north.
To add onto this, we have the same type of heating system up north as we do in TV, both houses being all electric. In a word, electricity is cheap in TV. I can't wait to only be paying those bills, especially after this winter. It's the heating bills in very cold weather that kill you with heat pump systems, the air conditioning is quite efficient.
