That route from Daytona is fine and well, but the OP said;

Your route is east of TV, is stays east, I saw the smoke yesterday and it was definitely west of TV. The roads you were taking were never west of TV, you never mentioned 301 or Wildwood or Oxford in your route home. That's the reason Champion 6 made the comment;
How can you two possibly be talking about the same fire -- unless Jane took the LONG way back from the Atlantic coast.
