I've had them since January and my bill has not been correct yet.... They advertise 29.99 but it's never even close. I've threatened to take this to the Federal Trade Commission. Bunch of crooks....
Waiting to see what my next bill says.

I'd just turn them off, but what a PITA getting other services after reading ALL the complaints here...
