Within 1 mile to Lake Sumter Landing (5 minute golf cart ride) are the Villages of Belvedere, Bonnybrook, Bridgeport, Caroline, Liberty Park, Sabal Chase, Mallory Square, Poinciana, Sunset Pointe, Virginia Trace and Winifred. And I probably missed a couple. Closest are Caroline and Sunset Pointe I think, but others may know better. Go to the villiages web site, look at used homes, select those villages and see whats available in the price range you want to spend. You can search by village, home type, or price. I know of no premium for those villages except they are the homes built in the last 5 years and are all South of 466. Seems to be what lots of people want, but not for everyone. I agree with you as I prefer to be South of 466 and closer to LSL, but that's a personal choice. I know several people who prefer North and SS.
