All I can tell you is that we live in Caroline ..come in Caroline gate and take the first left...in fact you can walk to LSL and Sweetbay from our house in 5 minutes and we absolutley LOVE it. NO one knows how the new Town Center will work out but given the Villages history, the developer knows what he is doing. BUt for example being in teh center of the Viollages it took me 20 minutes by golf cart to get to Staples off of 441 yesterday (very close to Spanish Springs). I play alot of tennis at Glenview CC ad its a comfortable cart ride for me when I go.....if you are near 466A ...you are not that much further but add 10-15 minutes on to 20 for me and you are 1/2 hour or better out and the same would apply if you were going to Lopez or Spanish Springs.
When you talk to someone in TV everyone..I mean everyone will claim they have the best location so that leads me to believe there are very few "Bad" locations...unless you are by a "train" whistle stop!
