Wow, $140. to treat for cockroaches. If it were me I would be doing what you bought at Home Depot, if you don't mind doing the work to put it down, but I'm sure it's not real tough. I guess I do everything myself because if I bought from every fix up person that came to my door & how many vendors & private contractors I see running up & down my street I would be out of money in the first yr. TV is a great place to live but it's expensive to live here & fight off all the vultures that say you have a problem with something. But you're right you don't want cockroaches. I say do your home treatments first before some vendor convinces you that they're the only ones that can get rid of them. Good luck!
