I am affiliated with Happy Horse Farm so I know them well. Their trail rides are wonderful, he will take you almost wherever you want to go. They especially like to ride to the Ocala Forest so it can be a nice, lengthly ride for you.
The reason Patrick's message says to text him only is that because of his being on the trail rides or tending to the horses or other farm animals, its difficult for him to talk on the phone or even hear the phone, as he can be out of cell distance. I'm sure if you text him your name and number and perhaps a short message about what you would like to do, he will call you back at his earliest convenience.
It is a lovely farm, well kept and he has many, many rescue horses to choose from. He's an experienced Cracker Cowboy so you will be in good hands.
