Went to Palmer's last night and ordered the 12 oz. NY cut ($38.00) medium rare. It was road kill. Cut into it and called the manager over to discuss. He took it back to show the chef and with no explanation offered to replace it with a different steak or a free dessert. How could a piece of meat like that even get to the grill? The photo I took says it all.
