Jan. Feb. and March rent often, Dec. and April rent occasionally at much lower rates and the other months seldom rent at any decent price. You should have A local person to help or a local rental agent to take charge. Also, rentals should be set up as such which means it will be different than if you came to visit. Rentals also have their own tax and occupancy issues.
