I've heard good things about the zoo. We hadn't heard about it when we were there but would go there when and if we go back. We generally like to go to zoos and/or aquariums that feature local wildlife when visiting a new area. For example, the aquarium on Maui was an excellent way to acquaint ourselves with the fish we were going to be seeing in all the snorkel trips we took.
