Unless they are veterans and qualify for the 10 point preference, it will be very hard for them to get hired by USPS... regardless of their test scores.
Or at least it used to be that way.
Not to mention, that there is most likely a very long list of those who want to work at the Post Office (especially in an area like this and their existing location)...already ahead of them.
Plus the fact that I haven't seen where the USPS has said that they will hire people here...to supplant the existing contractors when they go away.
