I love that part of NM (most all of NM for that matter) and have spent countless days just driving around...and exploring the entire state.
In fact, one of my all-time favorite drives is through Jemez Springs...and along the Valles Calderra.
If I'm ever there on Good Friday, will definitely make it a priority to check out the walkers...and honor their history.
