There are several Villages with no pool and a few don't even have a postal center. I didn't buy a home we liked in one Village because there was no postal center and you had to travel a couple miles for mail or a pool.
I would think it would impact home values in those neighborhoods.
Most have both close if not in their Villages, but for some it's a bit of a journey.
