Also, keep in mind that the freeze in January took a heavy toll on the yards, it can take some time to get someone in there. I know one of my properties I lost 6 bushes, and my landscaper has been so busy he is just getting in to cut them out this week. Landscapers have been VERY busy. What village is the property in?

Thanks - renter moved out feb... no activity since... local word is that owner has 27 other properties and no one knows their name. The suggestion about county records is one I’ll follow up on to get specifics. I’m relatively new to the neighborhood, so don’t want to be trouble - not right away anyway (!)
