Large Washingtonian Palms with the dead lower whisker's are a perfect nesting place. Bird feeders are a definite draw. The best thing is to either purchase the black bait boxes and the bait or hire any of the pest control people. The best place to purchase the bait boxes is Rural King in Leesburg. The bait will kill the rats if you put enough of them out and keep them baited. The bait causes them to bleed internally and die...yuck!
