I would suggest you contact the owner of the restaurant directly to express your concerns instead of posting here and either explicitly or implicitly try to persuade other not to patronize Red Sauce. While posting on TOTV can certainly be cathartic, I trust that you realize that posting here will have no impact on how the restaurant functions. Why would this be true? I don't believe enough people read TOTV to matter and I believe most people ignore negative restaurant reviews, particularly when there is an emotional and "I've been done wrong" tone to the review.
