As per the 4th quatrain, 4th chapter within the 4th verse of our Manifesto, any NOTHINGite who exceeds 44 NOTHING violations within 44 days must appear before a NOTHING Knights tribunal whereby...I’m sorry, I cringe just reading what the Manifesto dictates. Let’s just say I said it but I didn’t.
