Default Head on a swivel when driving.
Just watched a 2 min. golf cart dash cam video posted on the other news site, absolutely frightening. There are some really crazy people driving their golf carts around TV. I might say they were simply rude, reckless or disrespectful but I thing there may be some mental health issues at play. Please be careful out there.
