making tamales is a huge process and one needs quite a few hands., usually family and friends. Because tamales are small you count on 4 per person.

Start by soaking a dried corn husk, spread spread a thin layer of Masa. Filling can be pork, beef, chicken, that has been simmered in spices. Then you roll it up stand them up until pot is completely full. Steam until masa and filling is heated through .
